A clear, repeatable workflow that keeps projects on time, on budget, and with minimal back-and-forth. Here's exactly what working with me looks like.
We start with a short conversation (or async brief) to align on your goal, audience, tone, length, and key messages. I ask specific questions that save time later — what does success look like? Who's watching? What action do you want them to take after the video?
Before any animation, I write the script. Not a word list — a proper narrative arc. For SaaS: problem → solution → how it works → call to action. For education: hook → concept → story → lesson. This is where complex products become ideas that stick. You review and approve before anything visual starts.
A visual blueprint for every scene — layout, character positioning, motion direction, and key frames. This step eliminates surprises in production. I also confirm the visual style: color palette, illustration style, UI motion approach, typography. You sign off here before I animate a single frame.
This is where the work happens. I animate scene by scene in After Effects, using the approved storyboard as a guide. I share a draft cut for your review — not the final, but enough to see the full arc, pacing, and style. Feedback at this stage is structural (cut this scene, slow this down). Polish comes in the next round.
Final delivery includes the master MP4 in 1080p (or 4K if scoped), source AEP file, and any additional exports (square, vertical, thumbnail) if included in scope. Everything is organized and labeled. I'm available for questions after delivery — no disappearing act.
